Pricing Plans
MEREIA offers simple, affordable membership pricing. Everyone is welcome to attend their first meeting at no cost.
Membership Dues
$150 per year
Includes an individual plus spouse OR one business partner
Guest Fee
Following your first, the fee is $20/Meeting
Guest fee can be applied toward membership if you join within 60 days
Can pay by cash or check in person at meeting or sign up online to pay via card.

MEREIA hosts regular monthly meetings on the second Monday of each month (unless impacted by a holiday).

Professional Housing Provider Program
As a MEREIA member, you also have the option to participate in the Professional Housing Provider (PHP) Program.
This program is designed to elevate your skills and professionalism as a real estate investor or landlord.
- Available as full-time or part-time participation
- Accredited by the National Real Estate Investors Association (NaREIA)
- Includes a 64-hour course of study
- Certification awarded upon completion
The PHP program helps members develop the knowledge, standards, and practices needed to operate at a higher level in today’s real estate environment.
