New Home Sales Drop 12.2% in November

The U.S. Government is reporting that sales of new single-family houses in November, 2023 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 590k, which is 12.2% lower than October’s revised rate but is 1.4% higher than one year ago. The median sales price of new houses sold in November was $434,700 with an average sales price of $488,900. Continue reading HERE...
